Brewing Temperature…HANDY TIPS
To get the most authentic fl avours out of your premium brewing yeasts it is important to get close to the recommended temperature range during fermentation. If you need to cool your fermenter, wrap it in a wet towel and evaporation will drop the brewing temperature. For extra cooling sit your fermenter in a shallow trough with water and frozen soft drink bottles. Keep the towel dipped in the water.
BOTTLING IMPORTANT WARNING:
Fermentation must be complete before bottling. Use a hydrometer to make sure the SG is unchanged before bottling. We recommend you do not bottle into non-reusable bottles. Use Brewcraft amber PET Bottles. If using glass take all precautions to avoid injury in case of breakage or explosions. Use the recommended dose of Brewcraft carbonation drops to prime your bottles.
